Update 5/4: Indiana Warehouse Donated to Local First Responders
Last week, Thrive Market employees at our Batesville, Indiana, fulfillment center donated bags of essential supplies to Batesville police, firefighters, and EMS personnel. Thank you to all of the heroes on the front lines!

Update 4/21: An Update From Our CEO
This morning, Thrive Market co-founder and CEO Nick Green announced in a letter to members that he will be donating the remainder of his 2020 salary to the Thrive Market COVID-19 Relief Fund to help meet the overwhelming need and ensure that every deserving family who applies for a grant can become a recipient. Update 4/14: Spotlight on Stipends to Healthcare Workers
Thanks to the donations we’ve received over the past several days, we’ve been able to send hundreds of memberships and grocery stipends to healthcare workers and first responders around the nation. We’re so inspired by the strength and perseverance of these frontline heroes and are grateful that we (and everyone who’s donated over the past several weeks) can play a small role in supporting them. Thank you, frontline heroes!

Update 4/13: Health (& Pop Star!) Ambassadors Stepping Up
Over the past week, we’ve seen so many friends making personal donations to the COVID-19 Relief Fund and calling on their Instagram followers to show their support. A special thank you to Mark Hyman, Chris Kresser, Wellness Mama, Kelly Leveque, and Pia Mia for their support this week!

Update 4/10: Partnering With LA.’s Children’s Institute
We’re thrilled to announce a partnership with Children’s Institute (CI), whose generosity this week will fund an additional $100k to Angelinos in need of healthy essentials. CI offers support to children in underserved communities where many families are facing increased financial hardship because of school closures and job losses associated with COVID-19. Through the partnership, more than 320 families (1,400 individuals) enrolled in CI’s programs will receive free memberships and a weekly stipend to Thrive Market. We’ve also provided more than 1,000 free memberships to CI’s teachers and staff who are fighting tirelessly for those struggling the most right now.

Update 4/3: Donating Without Placing an Order (Now Live!)
Thank you to everyone who has donated at checkout to support our COVID-19 Relief Fund. Today, we’re proud to announce the Thrive Market COVID-19 Relief Fund donation page as a way for members and non-members alike to show their support without needing to place an order. Donating is easy and takes just a few minutes—simply select the amount you’d like to donate to affected families, seniors, and healthcare workers, and indicate whether it’s a one-time or recurring donation. We’re grateful for any amount, however big or small, you can contribute. Last but not least, we’d like to send huge thank yous to Garden of Life and New Chapter for getting this effort off to a strong start with generous donations of $7,500 and $5,000, respectively.

Update 3/20: How You Can Help Someone in Need
Some members have asked how they can use Thrive Market to get supplies to an elderly or immunocompromised neighbor, relative, or friend, and we want to help! If you know someone who needs groceries or supplies and is unable to leave home, please send an email with details to covid19relief@thrivemarket.com and we’ll help you coordinate getting an order to them as soon as funds are available.

For the past three weeks, all of us here at Thrive Market have been focused on one thing: getting you the products you need to keep your families safe and healthy during the coronavirus crisis.
We’re humbled to be the place you turn to at a time like this and we won’t let you down. We’ve built up our inventory levels on key products and will never engage in surge pricing. We’ll also continue to communicate transparently about all shipping delays.

But the crisis is now entering a new and more serious phase. As schools and businesses shut their doors and confirmed cases of COVID-19 grow, millions of families will face hardships in the weeks and months ahead, from lost wages to unplanned childcare needs to potentially crippling medical expenses. The families most affected are also likely to be those least equipped to face these hardships alone—and they shouldn’t have to.

If your family or someone you know needs support, send a message or short video explaining the situation to covid19relief@thrivemarket.com. Stipends will be awarded to members, Gives members, and non-members alike, and will be based purely on need.
