Why You’ll Love It

Why is Bob’s Red Mill cornmeal the best? Unlike most manufacturers of cornmeal and corn flour, we leave the germ and bran in! That makes our 100% Stone Ground Medium Grind Cornmeal tastier and more nutritious, with a good amount of dietary fiber and lots of naturally delicious corn flavor. Medium Grind Cornmeal makes the best cornbread possible—it gives a great texture without an overabundance of crumbs. Great for corn muffins, too! Try it in cornmeal pancakes and waffles, or use it to dust the pan when baking bread or pizza crust.

Reviews For Organic Medium Grind Cornmeal

Based on 2 Reviews

Like it!

I'm ordering my second bag of this corn meal. It works great in my corn bread recipe. What originally drew me to this product is that it's certified organic, which can be a little hard to find in corn products. It's a medium grind, which is a little coarser than most grocery-store nonorganic corn meals. But I like that and have grown to prefer this texture over the previous brands that I've used.

Healthy Cornmeal

I Ordered this cornmeal because it was listed as organic and I wanted just that. I haven't tried it yet but I am not concerned about its validity. I'm looking forward to using it soon for some cornmeal biscuits!
