The History of Cultures for Health
When new parents Julie and Eric Feickert attended a workshop on sustainable living in 2007, they were introduced to the concept of eating traditionally prepared foods. With an intent to provide better nourishment for their son and focus on eating real, wholesome food, the Feikerts began sourcing local food along with starter cultures for making yogurt, kefir, sourdough, kombucha, and more. By the time their second baby was on the way, they decided to launch a website to share their culture-based products with the world. Today, CFH offers more than 300 products.
