The History of Jilz Gluten Free
When Jill Morgan’s husband, Ron, found out he was gluten intolerant, she overhauled their pantry and went on the hunt for a GF cracker to satisfy them both. Morris wanted an option that was free of rice, dairy, soy, corn, wheat, sugar, grain, or other fillers. After trying one disappointing box after another, Morris realized the only way forward was to develop her own wholesome recipe that would deliver on both flavor and crunch. After achieving recipe perfection in her own kitchen, Morris leased a warehouse in Ventura, Calif. and transformed it into a gluten-free facility for Jilz Gluten Free.
