The History of Nature's Path
The origins of Nature’s Path can be traced back to the 1930s when Rupert Stephens inherited the family farm and decided to grow crops using practices that would leave the soil better than its original condition. He passed a love of organic farming on to his son, Arran Stephens, who decided to follow in his father’s footsteps, becoming a pioneer of organic food. In 1985, Arran launched Nature’s Path.

Benefits of Nature’s Path
What makes this wholesome brand so special? For starters, Nature’s Path products were the first USDA Certified Organic cereals on the market. In fact, the brand’s commitment to using sustainable, organic ingredients has prevented the use of more than 70,500 tons of chemical fertilizers and over 1,000 tons of pesticides from 2013 to 2016 alone. In addition, Nature’s Path has also achieved Zero Waste certification for three of its manufacturing facilities. It’s currently working on reducing its use of electricity, paperboard, and CO2 emissions per ton of product produced to hit its target of being completely carbon neutral by 2020.
