Good if You Like Coconut Flour

I got this as a freebie from Thrive and after trying it, threw it out because the only thing I could taste was coconut flour--which I hate. I usually use almond flour and love it. It is the primary ingredient, with coconut flour, pecan and walnut flours last. I'm guessing the coconut flour was used because it is inexpensive compared to nut flours; however, the price of this product is anything but. If you like coconut flour, I recommend mixing your own with almond and saving $$$.

Great for Fat Head Dough

I use this in fat head dough instead of almond flour and it makes a great pizza.

Great texture, flavor was different.

I liked the texture this blend gave my food but wasn’t sure about the taste. If you like variety, this is the right product to try.

Great nut flour blend!!

I so often use almond flour, but I love that this is a blend of a few different nuts and coconut flour. Great for baking!!!

Nut flour blend

I tried it in my grain-free quick bread recipe, and it is quite good. The main ingredient is almond flour anyway and adding this mixture gave it a bit more flavor. I recommend this product.

Best tasting!

I wasn’t sure what I would get when I ordered this, but sounded fun, and I love it. Grea t taste and I’m a nut person so it works great for me. It works well mixing with other flours but not too much. I made pancakes and thought more would be better, not here. Texture was flakey, had to throw out. Otherwise use as directed, not only does it taste great it hands lots of nutty nutrition.

Keto friendly flour alternative

This combination of nut flours was just right that it wasn’t too dry and crumbly which is great for desserts with a pie crust or graham cracker type crust when mixed with a little cacao.

I have used this in my meatballs really like the texture. My next try for this blend is with chicken cutlets

Love!

This is a very good nut flour to use as you would almond meal. It is not the "very fine" ground, but I prefer this texture for my paleo muffins, chicken "breading", etc.

This stuff is awesome

Tastes good and can add it to a bunch of stuff. So much better than using coconut flour which gets boring after a while. I love this product.

Diverse blend with a great flavor!

I really like using this flour in dessert baking, and like the variety in place of just plain almond or coconut flour. Nice to get the walnuts and pecans, since those ground up are harder to find.
