\n Gluten free and vegan! I can finally make anything I used to make by substituting this flour in my regular recipes! It is fine and you don\u2019t have the weird gluten free texture with this flour. It is amazing! Very little brown rice flour in it so you don\u2019t have the yucky typical gluten-free taste! I love this Artisan flour! <\/p>\n

\n One of my friends has Celiac so he is gluten intolerant. I bought this flour to bake him cupcakes using a recipe for regular flour and they still turned out great. No one could tell they were gluten free and I didn\u2019t even have to change the recipe. Would definitely recommend. <\/p>\n

\n This has become my go-to GF flour because it is also corn-free. I have successfully used it to make a lot of sauces and in recipes that just call for a little flour, as well as baked goods such as brownies and cupcakes. So far, everything has come out well. <\/p>\n

\n At first I thought this blend was nice, but after endless attempts at fluffy light baked goods I always ended with a pale white brick. This has a lot of starch. Wouldn't really recommend but it's worth trying if you're gluten intolerant. <\/p>\n
