\n I love dulse. The grocery stores in my town only carry the flake version, so I love that Thrive has the whole leaves. You can quickly pan fry them and they get crispy! Salty and delicious! Great bacon substitute if you're vegetarian. <\/p>\n

\n I enjoy these as wraps instead of tortilla wraps for a grain-free option. Sea vegetables are a great nutrition source! I will say my husband is not a fan but his palette leans toward the Standard American Diet. I scramble an egg and cook it like a crepe then layer the dulse leaf with the egg, gorgonzola cheese, salad greens, scallions, yogurt seasoned with herbs and sometimes chicken or sardines. Roll it up like a standard wrap and you have a satisfying breakfast! <\/p>\n

\n I once went a year without eating any iodine (oooops forgot) and my TSH (thyroid) levels soared....Added this dulse (it's delicious) in 4-5 days a week and...back to normal in 4 months....Whew!!! I like adding it to salads and eating it straight "as is"...satisfies my bacon appreciating taste buds...Hmmmmm.... <\/p>\n

\n I tried eating this straight out of the bag and it kind of tastes like I'd imagine a belt tasting. It's tough and woodsy\/leathery and the taste lingers for awhile. I also tried frying it and it was a bit better, but still woodsy\/leathery and it's a bitch to pick out of your teeth. I just couldn't finish the bag. <\/p>\n
