\n I partly fill a jar with almond milk and then add chia seeds and cinnamon. Then I shake the jar and leave it for a few hours. It turns into a delicious, healthy pudding which I have for breakfast or a snack. <\/p>\n

\n I add chia seeds to my smoothies. They make a good thickener if you let them sit for a bit, and they have no flavor. I also like to put them in muffins or the raw date, nut, cocoa balls I make. If you are a little backed up, chia seeds can help get things moving again, in a very gentle way. <\/p>\n

\n Chia seeds aren't something a lot of people know about, and I was unaware until my doctor recommended them so I could get more Omega 3 fatty acids and fiber.

\r\nThese seeds are organic, and have a wonderful nutty taste that I can actually eat straight from the bag. But mostly, I mix into my yogurt, sprinkle over salad or blend them into smoothies. They don't greatly change the texture or taste of whatever I'm eating, but they add a ton of value to my overall health. <\/p>\n

\n These organic chia seeds are so healthy. They are packed with fiber, protein and are also low calorie, low carb and best of all, don't have any gluten! I know gluten free diets have become sort of a cliche, but gluten allergies are real, and for me, finding a good gluten free product can be difficult.

\r\nBut Thrive makes it so easy by dividing their products into categories like vegan, gluten free, etc. Also, price wise, this is selling on Amazon for nearly five dollars more, same size.

\n I keep hearing about all of the health benefits that chia seeds can provide, so I was excited to try these. I've never really had chia seeds before, so it has taken a lot of experimentation to figure out what I love them in. They're great for fiber, and I honestly find that adding them to meals that I'm already making makes them about perfect. It's sorta like a small food supplement that increases the health benefits of my other food. I've been adding them to oatmeal lately, and I can barely taste them. I just wish they weren't so high in fat. That's my only complaint. <\/p>\n
