\n I was disappointed to find so much corn for with the quinoa. It diidn't cook well, a good portion fell through my strainer and the rest of the shells stuck to each other. Taste wasn't too bad, but I won't buy this pasta again. <\/p>\n

\n I used these in a casserole I made. I followed the directions on the box, and I found they came out a little too mushy. I think I would buy them again, but I would probably cut the cooking time down a few minutes. They also stick really easily to the pot, so be sure to stir really frequently! The flavor was good though, and I didn't feel like I was missing out on traditional pasta. <\/p>\n

\n This was my first quinoa based pasta experience. They were fast and easy to cook, no crumbling or falling apart. The only thing was in didn't have a lot of flavor. I made it with pesto but next time I'll add some more flavorful seasoning or sauce. <\/p>\n

\n I'm always skeptical when trying new foods. You never know how they're going to turn out. I honestly love this pasta.

\r\nIt cooks up like normal (the water gets a bit more foamy because of what the pasta is made out of) but doesn't get...how to describe it? If you overcook pasta, it can almost dissolve in your mouth. This pasta doesn't get like that. It's the perfect, firm texture.

\n I really like these little shells. The texture is good and flavor mild. The organic corn doesn't seem to bother my mild corn allergy, perhaps because it is NON-GMO. I thought this was a pound package but it's only 1\/2 lb, so I consider it wildly overpriced, even after the Thrive Market discount. <\/p>\n

\n These are some pretty good shells. We love a lot of delicious foods from the Ancient Harvest company, and since my husband has a gluten intolerance, we have to stick with gluten-free noodles. This has been a great way to enjoy gluten-free pasta. However, be aware that the shell pasta is way smaller than the regular types of shell pasta you may be used to. They're delicious, but they're pretty tiny. <\/p>\n
