\n these cook quickly and easily. they are sprouted already, which drastically reduces the preparation time. i followed the instructions (less than 10 minutes to cook) and then added them to a mix of ghee, tomato paste, onion, chili, and indian spices. it turned out super delicious. going to have a few packages on hand at all times! <\/p>\n

\n This is my first time trying mung beans. I found a recipe for a hearty soup with lots of good spices and coconut milk. These are delicious! They don't get mushy when simmered for a long period of time and have a very mild flavor. Great quality and taste! <\/p>\n
