All the others I've tried have come out very mushy and soft, but this one has the PERFECT texture and bite. They were always complaining about the taste of natural food, but once I started using this quinoa and jazzing it up with nuts and spices in place of rice, they started loving it. Quinoa is so much healthier than rice, even brown rice, and it has nothing added to it. Nothing. You can't beat a pure product that doesn't need additives to be good. <\/p>\n

\n I love quinoa, because it's super healthy, and it makes for a great side dish for my famous fish stew, but I can also add it to chile or soup for a fuller taste. It's also a great substitute for rice. Whenever I would use white or brown rice, I now use quinoa, which is low fat, low calorie, low sugar and low sodium. All the lows you want to reach in life!

\n I've been looking for multiple grains of quinoa in the same dish for awhile now, and I can only find white quinoa where I live. I wish I could get my local health foods store to carry red or another color, but they won't. I'm glad I was bored and did a search here on Thrive to find out that you carry it! I love that it's really easy to cook, and I have a delicious group of three colors of quinoa to eat. I'll definitely be getting this again. <\/p>\n
