It'll give you a great, energized performance, get you going in the morning, yet allow you to sleep at night (if you're caffeine sensitive, like me) Either flavor, this or the peach, are OK. I need only 1\/2 scoop as I weigh only 111 lbs. I whisk it into 2\/3 C. cold, distilled water, down it & I'm out the door in 20 min. for a 1\/2 hr. Power Walk with my neighbors. <\/p>\n

\n I was looking for a healthy switch for a pre workout so I tried this. It gives me an energy boost similar to a cup of coffee but I can\u2019t get past the taste. The taste isn\u2019t particularly disgusting but it reminds me of a raw potato dipped in cinnamon sugar which is odd. Worth a try but it wasn\u2019t a home run for me. <\/p>\n

\n For me, a half serving gives me enough energy to wake up and go exercise (@ 5am). I am not a coffee drinker, so I can not compare but I do feel much more energy taking this product than matcha or caffeinated teas. The taste is similar to tea. It is not strong. I do prefer the peach flavor. <\/p>\n

\n My new fav natural energy pre workout. I take it in the mornings before work. I drink only decaf coffee and tea and needed a pick me up in the mornings. This works like a charm. \n This will give you a kick, but the definite 'diet taste' of STEVIA is very prevalent in this tea. It was awful choking it down. How I best did this; I scooped the powder into a saki cup of water or juice. Then chased it down with a whole Liter of Evian water. It got me through a slump, so I bought a second tub after the first, but I don't look forward to ordering a third. I'm experimenting with other products now. Not to say I won't order sometime in the future (only on sale) as it actually is a very nice tea. I really hope this company makes a Stevia-Free version in the near future. If you like a strong diet flavor, you will love this tea. <\/p>\n

\n I really enjoy this product. As far as flavor, my taste buds pick up on the cinnamon notes, but it is not overwhelmingly all you taste. Tastes good mixed alone in water or also in a iced green tea. Dissolves well in hot or cold drinks. Mixes into smoothies nicely and has a sustainable energy effect without jitters or anxiousness. With that said, I also had to test it for a few days with different amounts to see how my body would respond. For me, I need less then the recommend amount per serving to get the results desired. It's powerful stuff! <\/p>\n

\n I gave this a try after reading the positive reviews but was extremely disappointed. I have been using a natural preworkout for a couple of years but wanted to try something new. I took just over 1\/2 a serving the first time, since it is supposed to be strong, and I felt absolutely no benefit. The next time i took a full serving but still felt no benefit, like delayed muscle fatigue or increased energy. Third time I took a heaping scoop, no benefit just heart palpitations, so much so that I quite my workout because it made me nervous. Such a waste for $37 <\/p>\n

I got it as a beginning boost to get me of my bum so I could start being active again, and it worked on the very first time using it. \r\nI tried out Natural Force's Raw Tea and it blew me away! It gives me sustained energy throughout the day without any kind of crash or jittery feelings. I also feel happier in general and more focused throughout the day.

\r\nMy one complaint is that the taste could use some work. I've gotten more used to the flavor over time, but I still feel like it could be better. <\/p>\n
