\n i use this as a hair mask n it works amazingly. i let it sit on my hair for about 30 mins with extra virgin olive oil and coconut oil. if you have blonde hair i recommend using like less than tsp with more extra olive oil and coconut oil. so it doesn't stain hair, i have white blonde hair and it works fine. also my my skin feels moisturized i just put on my face for a 10 mins and wash it off. i love this stuff !!! i've actually never used it to cook i like too much for my hair lol i need to try it on food lol. <\/p>\n

\n In a lot of countries, palm oil is a staple, used to make stews, sauces and soups, and it's easy to see why, because the oil has a great flavor that you won't find with any other type of oil on the market. My friend is from Peru, and they use it a lot, so that's how I got into it. I already had a Thrive membership, and I've tried Nutiva's products before and found them to be of high quality, so this was a low-risk purchase. I'm on my third bottle, and still loving it. I mostly make sauces with it, but my wife loves sprinkling it on popcorn. She says it tastes like she's in a movie theater, but without all the fat and chemicals. <\/p>\n

\n I first tried palm oil when I visited West Africa last summer, and it was such a wonderful experience. Palm oil is rich in flavor, and it's delicious. It's not like any oil I've ever had, it's got a unique flavor that you can't really describe, but it enhances everything from sauces to popcorn. I love Nutiva's products, and knowing this oil is not only heart-healthy but organic and unrefined makes me feel as if I'm getting the purest oil you can buy. <\/p>\n
