\n So happy I tried these white chia seeds! I like the taste of both white and black chia seeds, but I definitely do taste a difference. Maybe whether or not you taste a difference depends on how familiar your taste buds are with chia seeds? These are very good quality and have a nice crunch. I don\u2019t like to soak mine to so I can\u2019t really speak to their quality regarding absorbing liquids but the taste divine! <\/p>\n

\n I've had the pleasure of working with Mamma Chia. I also purchase all kinds of brands of chia -- I love these. Sometimes dry, chia is best when soaked and gelled in my opinion. Some seeds don't absorb liquid any longer, and I suspect it's because they're old. But these always expand like anything, and make a great pudding or egg substitute. I also love the white chia. They're aesthetically fun, and seem to blow up even bigger. <\/p>\n

\n I love these chia seeds. They're loaded with Omegas, protein and antioxidants, so if you're on a heart healthy diet or you're recovering from some type of vascular issue, these will do you good. They're also non-GMO, certified organic and optimal for vegans as well as those on a low-sugar diet. I like to eat them straight out of the bag for a protein boost, but I also sprinkle them in my smoothies in the morning for more flavor. <\/p>\n
