It's a breaded chicken nugget, and it is SO worth the splurge (I don't really eat legumes most of the time), but it makes me feel so much better to have found Thrive's Organic AND sprouted version of the flour! Most of the other brands I have found aren't sprouted. This product is a definite winner in our house! <\/p>\n

\n I am so, so grateful for this sprouted, WHITE, WHOLE WHEAT flour. Never knew something like this existed before joining Thrive a few years ago. I use this often, recently to make fruit cobblers and I use the coconut palm sugar for that as well, so, so good. Also make oatmeal raisin cookies with it. \n This is not a bad Chickpea flour, however it is manufactured in a shared facility with wheat and tree nuts. I do not mind the tree nuts, but I'm trying to avoid gluten altogether. Even if it's only a one in a million chance of it becoming contaminated, I wouldn't buy this again. If I had celiac disease this would be a definate no-no. <\/p>\n

\n I have really enjoyed this sprouted garbanzo flour. It has a slightly different and more delicate\/softer texture than another brand I was using and I like it much better. I use it to make savory pancakes and it's super filling. <\/p>\n
