I pan sear them, put them in smoothies, and make a delicious feta cheese out of it. Be careful opening it tho. The container is right on it so be gentle if you\u2019ll rip it up <\/p>\n

\n Being vegan tofu is a staple in my diet and believe me, I have tried them all and most were tolerable but always with that "soy" taste. This is the first product that doe not taste like soy. This is a superior product!! My only issue is that when I purchase from Thrive I am limited to twenty items of this product and order regularly and purchase for five staff members which means I am purchasing monthly and paying for delivery!! They explained that the product needs to be available for others but seriously, this is a business, first come first serve! I am purchasing for five individuals so what does it matter to whom they are sold? Disappointed. Thankfully I have found a place who offers this for a few pennies more, free delivery, and no limit as to quantity we can purchase. <\/p>\n

\n Mori-Nu has long been a staple I always have on hand. Its longer shelf life means I can keep it on hand for short-notice meal planning and last minute dinner plan changes. I prefer the extra-firm for cutting into cubes\/strips and steaming, frying or using in soups. the softer versions are good for making recipes requiring smooshed tofu, like making iced bars or 'pate' types of dishes. All Mori-Nu has great taste- no aftertaste or sourness, and picks up flavors from herbs, seasonings, syrups and sauces quite well. <\/p>\n
