\n I love the idea of this, black bean spaghetti but wow the texture really threw me off, it was ... I can't explain it. It wasn't dry but it was like ... in between being chewy and dry. There was an illusion of being chewy and then it stops and turns into powder, sorry about the bad explanation, I don't recommend. <\/p>\n

\n I love this stuff! It's the first gluten and grain free pasta I've tried where the texture almost matches that of a traditional semolina and egg pasta. And I really like the cut of it, it's thin like a spaghetti style noodle, just flat instead of round in diameter. It cooks fast. It also doesn't crack, dry out and get hard if you leave it in the fridge for leftovers. I even ate it cold and plain right out of the fridge! It tastes really good too, it has a very mild flavor that I can't quite describe, it's not bean-like, it just has a pleasant subtle hearty flavor the way a whole wheat noodle has more flavor than one made with a more refined flour. <\/p>\n

If you care about glycemic index and blood sugar, this stuff keeps blood sugar levels completely steady, likely due to how packed with fiber it is. The flavor is good. Even my kids love it. \n My whole family agrees that these have the texture of string cheese~absolutely a delight. I add the artichoke sauce, sold at Thrive, or spaghetti sauce. It is also just as good the next day. Not soggy at all and wonderful flavor. I used avocado oil to separate noodles, and for easier eating, cut them with scissors before adding sauce. It's hard to believe that there is so much fiber in a serving. It is really good, healthy and a new family staple. <\/p>\n
