Paired with Raos marinara sauce (also on thrive), basil and topped with nutritional yeast. So good. The pasta on its own is a bit different texture than regular pasta but it's the closest alternative I've found. Will be adding this as a staple in my closet!

Best gluten free, high protein, low carb pasta. Texture good

Love these. Packed with protein, low carb. I made a ziti dish with these and they didn't fall apart or turn to mush like a lot of the gluten free pastas we have tried. Husband approved also and he's very critical of all the gluten free foods that I get.

I applaud the effort to make bean pasta, but I just don't find it a great substitute, comparing to other gluten free pastas. The texture is mealy, which I could maybe get over, but there's no escaping the digestive trouble it caused. I was gassy all night! :(

I made a delicious pasta salad with this. My mother in law, the supertaster, couldn't even tell it wasn't regular pasta (I did tell her in advance - I'm not in the business of tricking people). It has a wonderful firm mouthfeel and nice neutral flavor.

Even though you can't expect this to taste like the pasta you are used to, the consistency was not a hit with me or my family. It was chalky and the flavor was not great. love it

I've tried other gluten-free pastas and this is by far my favorite. It has a much better texture and I like the flavor. Yes, you can taste the chickpeas, but it is overly strong and worked well with our traditional tomato sauce. Since I prefer pasta al dente, I will warn to cook for a max of 5 minutes. My only complaint is that it is significantly more expensive than traditional pasta and 8 oz. does not go very far.
