\n This was nice to try, easy to cook, and I appreciate that it helps me get more protein and fiber. It doesn't really have its own flavor. Ultimately they get kind of sticky and gooey, which isn't a surprise considering they're made from chickpeas! So not my total fave, but I'd buy it again. <\/p>\n

Honestly the first time I tried it I sat down thinking, "I'm so excited to see if this chickpea pasta is any good" and halfway through the meal I remembered it wasn't wheat pasta. So good and tastes just like the real thing. I cooked for 8 as opposed to more like 10 minutes and I liked the texture at that cooking time... I've had non-wheat pastas before and I think it can be easy to overcook them. I'm done looking for other GF pastas-this one is clearly the winner! <\/p>\n

\n I've had to be glutten free before it became a thing. Many decades now. I have tried many pastas with mixed results. This one is becoming one of my favorites. Good nutrition, simple flavor that does not over power, keeps its shape if you follow cooking instructions. It has even held up as a leftover with sauce on it. It does have a slightly dense texture but I am fine with it, just glad to have pasta. <\/p>\n

\n I am gluten free- my husband is not... it's nice to find something we can both eat. I really like to have something besides rice pasta for nutrient reasons- this is garbanzo beans. Texture is great- even my husband enjoys. He actually has asked that we exclusively use these now. To get the best texture, boil water, add the pasta and stir right away and a few times while cooking. Only cook about 8mins- stop cooking when al dente... pour some cool water over. If rest of food not ready put back in pan and cover (but not in water) will not be mushy and easy to warm up. This pasta has been a game changer in our house. So far even my non-gluten free guests have enjoyed- and they are honest with me. That is why they are friends. <\/p>\n

\n Having been GF for many years and having tried them 'all' I have found what I consider to be the best yet! I had tried the classic mac n cheese first and did NOT like it at all (probably because of the cheese sauce) so I was a little skeptical about the spaghetti. We LOVE it!! It has a great al dente texture and like another reviewer said, the flavor is whatever you put on it as it doesn't have much flavor of it's own. I did eat a few plain (as a test) and thought the flavor to be very mild and nutty tasting by itself. By the way, I do not like hummus or chick peas either and this did not taste like those to me. \n We used to only buy brown rice pasta for our GF family but I was never a huge fan of the carb overload. We found our solution with this brand! Kiddo can't tell the difference and it even reheats without turning to mush. Love! <\/p>\n

\n Some argue that this tastes like beans, but it doesn't. I like chickpeas though. I love that it's a healthy, gluten free alternative to pasta made with wheat flour or something less nutritious like white rice flour. The strands are also pretty durable, as long as you don't overcook them, unlike the quinoa pasta I tried. <\/p>\n

\n Banza is the best! You can have pasta for dinner without the guilt (gluten-free, less carbs, low glycemic) and you don't have to add protein because of the high protein content already in the pasta! <\/p>\n

\n Best gf pasta w\/ a good amount of protein, crazy a pasta made from chickpeas could taste this good. Fills you up much more than the empty calories from generic pasta. <\/p>\n

\n I'm very picky! I was hesitant about trying this pasta but I'm glad I did. I've tried several gluten free pastas in the past & have not been happy. They cook weird, take a long time, & then don't taste that good. This pasta will smell strange (like peas) while you cook it, but the pasta really has no flavor. A piece of the pasta on it's own will be a little chewy or maybe gummier than a regular pasta but when you eat it with whatever sauce you use, that doesn't come through as much. I'm picky & I ate half the box on my own!! I also made it with a pretty lightly flavored sauce & it was great. I love that this is a thin noodle, most pastas I've found with better ingredients are a thick noodle or a tube or something. For the price & the ingredients, this will be my go-to gluten free pasta from now on. It took about 5-6 minutes to cook perfectly. <\/p>\n
