\n With the revelation of the use of glyphosate in conventional farming to ripen oats quicker I switched from rolled oats in the store to organic grouts.
\nAbsolutely love them! I will cook them evening before wit a few chia seeds and let cool. Place in refrigerator and simply warm up the amount needed next morning adding small amount of brown sugar and blue berries and each successive morning until gone. Can be eaten cold but prefer to warm back up!
\nThis is a great price! <\/p>\n

\n I cooked this and put in 4 individual bowl and covered and put in refrigerator. Don't have to cook oats every day. I added coconut oil, stevia and lots of cinnamon. I liked it a lot. <\/p>\n
