\n Didn\u2019t know what I was missing without duck fat! Tried this as a freebie some time last year, and have been buying it ever since. So rich and flavorful, and it adds a uniqueness to foods that no other fats do. I used to be a bacon grease and lard type, but I have used this duck fat more and more often since trying it. Love it! <\/p>\n

\n This is a great cooking oil alternative. I'm allergic to dairy and this replaces the lusciousness of butter better than any other cooking fat. I use it in pie crusts and biscuits, it's perfect for baking. <\/p>\n

\n I'm not sure what Epic does differently from fatworks, but it tasted like play doh to me! The taste was really not at all good compared to fatworks, which was lovely and chocolatey smooth. Do not recommend. <\/p>\n

\n This was quite a find at the Thrive member price; I'd never considered duck fat until I read a recipe by Nigella for Perfect Roast Potatoes, wherein she uses goose fat. The duck fat is a wonderful replacement and lends incredible depth and flavor to the potatoes. A must-have! <\/p>\n

\n I received one of these as a free gift with an order and it was rancid when I opened it. Unfortunately, this is not the first Epic product I tried that was rancid. While this was a free gift, I have purchased from them in the past and had the same issue. I don't mind paying what high-quality food is worth, but food waste is a huge pet peeve of mine. The dates are good on the products, so this is clearly an Epic issue, and not a Thrive issue. Frustrating, and I can't in good conscience keep throwing dollars or hopes into this brand. <\/p>\n

\n C'mon, what's not to like about duck fat? Convenient in a jar with a clean taste. I use it for stir fries and even to scramble eggs. It's a nice alternative to Ghee. <\/p>\n

\n I liked the taste but it was kind of pricey for the taste. It was pretty good on the ribeye I made but I want to try to fatworks duck fat and compare taste. I like he high smoke point <\/p>\n
