Reviews For Garlic-Onion-Basil-Red Chile Pepper Flax Seed Crackers
Based on 21 Reviews
I love these flackers. They are perfect for dipping in hummus! The seasoning is just right, and I really like the flax seed crunch.
I love these. Allows me to eat crackers with out feeling bad after.
I love these! Great with a dip, broken apart over a salad or just to munch on alone.
Add more flavors, please.
I love Flackers. No, they're not your typical texture for a cracker. However, it is a crunchy, seedy texture that I quite enjoy. And, frankly, I don't use them as a cracker replacement per se. Though I occasionally dip them in hummus, most of the time I just eat them straight out of the box as a nutritious, filling snack. There are so many flavors nestled within each cracker that that I prefer to simply savor what's in there. Now if only I could convince Thrive to start carrying the dill flavor, my favorite, all would be right with the world!
Ingredients are great but did not enjoy it
I wanted to like this product, considering the healthy ingredients. But really did not like the taste. Was hoping it was more like Mary's Gone Crackers (which I will won't stray from).
They are my answer to crackers and bread. Super good with lots of good fat and no gluten.

These were a little difficult to chew but the crunch and flavor were nice.
These have amazing flavor. I love how they are actually all seeds. They are very good and I definitely will get them again. You don't get too many though. It's a small package.
Delicious and good for you. These replace crackers for me for practically any dip/appetizer/snack.
Starting to feel that I can't trust these Thrive reviews
I'm all for healthy snacks, and I don't think that a healthy snack has to taste just like an unhealthy one. I'm willing to sacrifice some taste or texture in the name of health. However, these are barely edible. And I like flax seeds! I like the flavors and I'm not picky about texture.
Problem is that they have a create a fairly thick layer of flax seeds in order to ensure they stick together, making a "cracker" that is extremely tough to eat. It's hard to eat with hummus, with cheese, by itself, or to do anything with it that you would normally do with crackers. It's not a cracker replacement. If you want to eat a lot of flaxseed all at once, stuck together in an extremely hard to break flattened form at once, then this is the product for you.
Not for me
I really wanted to like these, but there is just too much going on for me. Maybe one or two less flavored would have worked better but it was hard for me to overcome the strong taste and get used to the flax seed as well. I'm not going to give up though! Maybe try one with a few less spices!
Great tasting crackers without and grains or gluten.
Very crispy, but I like the crunch. Nice to have something I can eat alone or with dips.
Delicious, nutritious, filling
I love these crackers. The flax seeds are tasty and the ingredients are simple.
Not Spicy Enough
Wasn't too fond of these. I don't think they had nearly the spiciness that I was looking for in the cracker. It really looked like it would be packed with a bit of heat, but it was relatively mild for me. I did add it to Jalapeno hummus, and that helped a bit, but I was hoping for a lot of spice from the cracker itself. I'll keep trying it with different dips, but this isn't my favorite chip from Doctor in the Kitchen.

These are surprisingly good, and they make a great snack during my work lunch break. They really do have a savory taste to them, and I don't feel bad munching on them because they provide so much fiber and protein. I actually find that a couple of these little crackers keeps me pretty full for awhile, so the box lasts a long time. A little goes a long way with these.

i'm a big fan of crackers & these aren't your ordinary cracker!! these have to be better nutrition than your usual cracker & add they taste great!!
If you're craving the crunch of crackers but are off all grains you'll love Flackers! These are great to dip into guac or to spread with cashew cheese. A tasty and nutritious snack! We can't keep them in the house.

Too spicy for me
I've bought Doctor in the Kitchen snacks before, and I really like the rosemary flax seed ones, which is why I bought these. But they're not the same, obviously with this having red chile flavor. It's too hot for my taste, and it kind of spoils what is actually a really good cracker. I wish they would tone down the hotness of the chile, but I think I'll be sticking with the original ones for now.

Give Yourself Time
Don't really think about these as a cracker replacement. It'll set you up for failure. These don't really taste like any type of cracker you're probably used to. They take some getting used to. I'm still not in love with them, but after giving it a bit of time, these are a suitable replacement for crackers. They taste good, but they aren't amazing. It did take some time to get used to them, though. Just give yourself some time if you aren't in love at first.

These crackers taste really good. All of the flavors send my taste buds into overload-but when added to soups, salads, or even cheese the flavors truly compliment my food or treat.
They are easily stale, so I keep them in a tightly sealed Tupperware dish and that seems to do the job. They don't break easily, but are still easy to chew, so I get almost a whole box of full sized crackers. I liked these most with cheese and broken up into a soup I made. Really good

These crackers are super healthy and made with the right ingredients that not only keep the weight in check but also taste good. They can be enjoyed with cheese, sauces and dips too for a tasty snack. I mix them in soups and salads too to replace croutons and they taste wonderful. It is important to keep them in a tight jar lid as the organic ingredients can go stale if left exposed for long time.
