Yummy kidney beans, didn't miss the added salt one bit!
Eden Foods is always good
Use these beans in whatever dishes you want good kidney beans. Very good.
I've been reading a lot, and after a warning from my doctor, I'm avoiding foods that come from cans that have BPA. It turns out that it's harder than it seems. This is one of the few canned beans I've found that has that. Organic beans, they had a really fresh taste to them. The liquid was perfect in the can, and the beans came out at the perfect consistency. They weren't too squishy and they weren't too firm. No matter how I cook them, they always seem to come out pretty well. These cans make it really simple to add more protein and fiber into my diet, so I'll continue to buy them.

As healthy as you can eat
Is it possible that kidney beans are the healthiest food on earth? Ok, maybe that's going too far, but in terms of a low fat, low calorie, high protein, high fiber, low sugar product, it's tough to beat these natural kidney beans.
I don't bother to use them on much more than salads, because I eat them straight out of the can as a snack. And Eden Organic has a real commitment to 'green,' using non BPA cans.

Fantastic kidney beans for many uses
I've always loved kidney beans since I was a kid. Lima beans? No thanks, but big, meaty kidney beans I can eat all day.
These Eden Organic brand beans are purely all natural, down to the can, which is bisphenol free. The beans are vegan, fat free and packed with fiber, so they fill you up quickly.
I can eat them straight out of the can, or add them to sauces. They're also great shaken over salads, or as a garnish for tacos and burritos.
