Who are your couriers?
We use UPS and On Trac to get your packages to you as quickly as possible! The courier is automatically selected based on your geographical location (and cannot be chosen or changed). The good news is there is no impact to your shipping rate. It's consistent, regardless of courier.

How do I change my default credit card?
You can update your credit card information by logging into your Thrive Market Account and selecting Account Settings. Select Payment Methods from the menu options and make all updates there. You may also select a new default card for future orders. Since we respect your privacy, only you can access and modify your credit card information. Thrive Market has no access to your credit card information.
