Can't speak to any benefits conclusively, because I made a number of diet/lifestyle changes at once, but I haven't seen any negative effects, and it smells like chocolate!
I bought this hoping to get a huge boost in my energy levels throughout the day as I've noticed that between 2pm and 4pm my energy just dissipates and it's a chore for me to get through to the end of my work day. But after taking these for a few weeks, I'm not really noticing any big difference at all. It's not doing anything negative to my body, but it's not giving me that infusion of energy that I had hoped for.
Maca Root is a great supplement if you want to boost your energy and endurance. I race marathons, so I use it as I'm training to increase my stamina and to expand my breathing. But the biggest thing with these capsules, is the amount of extra energy that it gives your body. It's all natural, so you don't have to worry about anything artificial.

It gives me great vital energy, that is grounded, rooted and stable without any negative side effects of jittery feelings or a slump after it wears off.
