Delicious made plant based
I used cashew milk, vegetable stock, and Yukon golds. It turned out really hearty and delicious with French bread and salad.

So I chopped up the potatoes the night before and threw them along with the broth and soup mix into my crock pot for dinner the next night. Put it in the frig overnight. Since I was going to be home late that evening I told my husband to slightly mashed the potatoes and add the cream before he ate the soup. Well, mashing the potatoes was a little beyond him but the soup was really good. To make it a little more hearty I might add shrimp or sausage (or both)! I will definitely make this again.
The convenience of the mix added to the fresh ingredients you provide make for a very good soup! Great comfort food. I loved looking at the ingredient list and being able to actually pronounce every wholesome one.
This was really delicious. The additions I used were a bag a hash browns, heavy cream, and cubed ham. It was so tasty. The whole family loved it. I will definitely get this again.

Makes a generous amount!
It is costly to make this soup if you have to buy the chicken stock, spuds and cream. It is very tasty though and makes a generous amount. Good base for clam chowder too.
This soup is easy to make, all you need is a few more ingredients to add to the mix. Personally, I think if you wanted to add bacon pieces to it that would taste even more amazing! I think I will try that myself next time I make this soup!
I used milk instead of cream and I used red skinned potatoes. It was awesome! Next time I will add a can of corn and clams.

This is not a soup - it's a few ingredients to add to a soup
This line of 'soups' is a huge disappointment and rather misleading because there is nothing soupy about it, other than that the makers call it that. It's merely a few bits of dried ingredients. Think about it - in order to make it the soup, you have to add 6 cups of chicken stock, a load of chicken breast, red potatoes, a cup of cream and a dollop of sour cream when serving. For the money - not worth it.
Perfect if you like leek!
I found out that my sister doesn't like leek, but that's fine because more for me. I added ham and carrots to mine and used vegetable and chicken bouillon instead of stock and it was delicious and very filling. Has a little pleasant burn to it as well. Highly recommend.
Super easy to make and was delicious and very filling! I used frozen southern style hash browns because that's what I had on hand.
Was so good that even my son said it was great and could we have it again! I added carrots and celery as well as organic red potatoes. Will buy again.
