I have been researching this supplement as it is recommended for hormone balance. Wanted to try but it is so expensive. Found it here at a much better price. And it is soy-free - which is exactly what I was looking for.
When I read Dr. David Purlmuler's book 'The Better
Brain Book' and heard Pat Robertson ( off the 700 Club) speak how Phosphatidyiserine can bring back
As much as 12 years of memory,I knew this is what
I have been taking about 300 mg.per day for about three years now and I can honestly say that before
I was showing major signs of dementia, forgetfulness, and anger but after about 3 months of the 300 mg. routine my normal functions returned. This really works.

As with any supplement it is hard to qualify it's effectiveness. Many years ago when the effects of ginkgo was starting to be questioned I researched some alternatives. This one stood out above the others and I have been taking it since. My reason for taking it is the fact that Alzheimer's is very prevalent on both sides of my family. As I said it's effectiveness can't be proven and only time will tell but I've been taking it for approx. 12 years now and as I turn 70 this year I'm still doing fine in the memory department.
