The ingredients in Late July Classic Rich Crackers

Late July Classic Rich Crackers are made with wholesome products, including:

  • Organic wheat flour
  • Evaporated cane juice
  • Oleic safflower oil and/or oleic sunflower oil
  • Leavening

The addition of organic palm oil also provides a rich butteriness and a light dusting of sea salt locks in the flavor, resulting in a flaky, heavenly cracker that is good at any time.

Aside from being organic and non-GMO, Late July Classic Rich Crackers are also kosher, vegan, and cholesterol- and dairy-free. There’s also no trans fats or high fructose corn syrup in the mix, making these crackers a healthy choice you can always feel good about.

What to pair with Late July Classic Rich Crackers

Of course, you can always enjoy them right out of the box, too—but if you’re feeling adventurous, try one of Thrive Market’s creative ways to enjoy a box.

Baked Brie Topped with Fruit and Nut Compote

Spreadable brie cheese is always a clear winner, and baking it takes the decadent flavors to another level, especially when paired with the right toppings, such as honey, rosemary, walnuts, dried figs, pistachios, and pine nuts. Serve alongside a round of Classic Rich Crackers for a tasty snack or bring to a potluck party to wow all the guests.

Homemade Mozzarella

Cheese and crackers are simply made for each other, especially when it’s Late July Classic Rich Crackers and mozzarella cheese. While you could buy it at the store, you can create even more fresh dairy by making it at home in just a half-hour. All you need is a gallon of whole milk and a starter kit to make it happen. When ready, slice the finished product and serve with some cherry tomatoes, a drizzle of extra virgin olive oil, and a sprinkle of sea salt.

Tomato Chickpea Soup

Nothing warms the soul quite like creamy tomato soup. But, if you are milk-free, it can be difficult to resist a bowl. There is a solution: This non-dairy recipe uses pureed chickpeas and olive oil in place of the heavy cream for a near replica of the traditional. You’ll also need to grab a can of diced tomatoes, some vegetable stock, an onion, and garlic—and in less than an hour you’ll have a steaming pot for weeknight dinner and leftovers for lunch.

Roasted Tomato Salsa

One dip in this salsa, and you’ll never turn back. This recipe calls forslow-roasted tomatoes, which make all the difference with their plump texture and slightly sweet flavor. To make this zesty salsa, you’ll also need shallots, garlic, parsley, onion powder, red pepper flakes, balsamic vinegar, and olive oil. Spread a small amount on a Late July cracker and enjoy a flavorful take on chips and dip.

Red Pepper Walnut Dip

Spice things up with this roasted red pepper walnut dip that’s more intense than traditional hummus or salsa. This recipe takes cues from a Syrian tradition that fuses vibrant bell peppers and mouthwatering, nutty walnuts alongside tomato paste, raw honey, garlic, cumin, and sea salt. Spread on some Late July Classic Rich Crackers and add crumbled feta or olives on top to make it even more memorable.

Snacker Crackers

My first thought was they need more salt. Second thought was don't order them again but then I ate two servings worth in one sitting. These Late July crackers are great crumbled in soup and chili. They are excellent with cheese and dips. And yes, they are already on my next order. Organic and versatile and worth every penny.

- Kelli

Hands Down, better than Ritz!

So, we did a taste test against Ritz Crackers and these Classic Rich Crackers win, Hands Down! And being Organic is a plus!

- Lynn

Best crackers!

These crackers taste like Ritz, but even better and healthier!

- Lisa K.

These crackers are crispy and rich and wonderful. I top them with cheese or dip then in hummus or salsa. Next I'm going to pulverize some and add it to my salmon cakes instead of bread crumbs.

Late July Crackers

We <3 Late July, started here on Cape Cod! I buy these for my boys in place of Ritz crackers--they're a healthier choice using organic ingredients & my boys enjoy for snacks!

- Jennifer

Buttery Classic Rich Crackers

These are just as they say - rich and buttery. Very good with soups, spreads and dipping or just eating out of the box! So good! Will continue to get these.

- Heather

Not addictive

These crackers can be enjoyed and then put away for later, unlike snacks with chemicals added to make you eat the entire box or bag. I stopped buying the common snacks because of their addictive quality. I tried these because of the favorable reviews - glad I did.

- Grace

Great crackers!

These are just as they say - rich and buttery. Very good with soups, spreads and dipping or just eating out of the box!

- Dorene

Better than Ritz

Nicely baked to a golden brown. Good texture and taste and it's organic.

- Diane

The best

These are THE best 'ritz' crackers EVER. No ones ever going to talk me out of 'there's no taste difference between organic and non organic'. There most certainly is and these crackers prove it. They dont contain dairy-woohoo!!! And theres just something about them that makes me want to eat a whole box. I have a big family so i order 3/4 boxes each time. They make great anything and everything you'd use or need a cracker for-theres no other brand in our house for 'ritz' crackers! And thrive has the best price by far from anywhere i can fine them in my area!!

- Bethany

Yes!!! These taste like normal crackers you can by at the store. It's hard to find dairy free crackers that taste good!

- Tammy

Great replacement for Ritz

My husband loves Ritz like crazy. I mean I would have to porchan them out. I hated him eating them because of the ingredients but these he loves and doesn't miss the others. That's saying a lot because he is very picky about replacing foods he loves

- Jessi

Very Similar to R*tz!

Very similar to the popular 'junk' crackers! Good flavor, just a bit crisper than the others which is no problem at all.

- Catherine

There Great!

This is the pure take on the buttery Ritz Crackers I remember. However there are no additives or preservatives in these crackers. I love them.

- Betty

No nasty ingredients

So happy to have found a ritz type cracker that I can feel good about giving to my 4 yr old, and they taste just as good if not better than the major brand names

- Jessi

Snackin Cracker!

We've been buying these for quite a while. Love Late July products! You can put most anything you like on this one (or not) and come back for more.

- LK

like the famous name brand ones, but organic!

Delicious, and no funny ingredients.

- Andrea

I love these. Taste like ritz but without the garbage. Great company too!!

A Truly Rich Cracker

I formerly enjoyed Ritz Crackers, but looking for healthier alternatives, I found the Late July Classic Rich. I found them to be just as tasty and like other Late July products, my food choices are broadened. I'll be buying these whenever I am looking for an accompaniment to salads and spreads.

- Lee

Light & Buttery

Great crackers!

- Carlee

Delicious and sooo much better than Ritz. I feel much better feeding this to my kids than any conventional brand.

- Cheryl

These crackers have just the right amount of crunch to buttery to salty ratio of flavor. They taste better than Ritz crackers and I love them! Kids love them too!

- Michelle

"Taste better than the unhealthy ones"

As an organic and non-GMO product, I was not expecting these to taste as good as they do! They're awesome! My kids can't tell the difference between these and Ritz crackers so as a health-conscious mother, this makes me so happy! Aside from the kids loving them, I also put them out when we have people over with cheeses and they're always the first to go! Definitely recommend.

- R. Rodgers

Best Crackers EVER!

Love love love these crackers! Light, buttery and just a little bit of salt. I can read, and pronounce all of the ingredients, and they're organic!

I grew up on Ritz crackers, but was looking for a healthier option. I did not expect to find crackers that tasted BETTER than what I was used to! I eat these with salmon cream cheese for a snack, and spread them out with my fancy cheeses when I have people over. They sometimes arrive with a few broken, but I just use those for breadcrumbs in my turkey loaf! Best crackers I've had!

- Alice Moran

Very good crackers.

Side by side I would be willing to bet that the majority of people would not be able to tell these apart from the original. I use them to scoop up tuna or sardine salad, or spread cream cheese on them. They do not disintegrate if you 'look at them too hard'. Will certainly be getting more of these.

- James

G R E A T !

I can finally have those soft buttery crackers that I loved growing up! I'm so glad that this company has made a healthy cracker with wholesome ingredients. I'll definitely keep these on my shopping list.

- ray

Really tasty!

These are the best! If you have someone addicted to Ritz and want to switch them to something healthy, this is the cracker to get. They're delicious.

- Jenny

As good as the original

The organic version of Ritz crackers. As buttery and flaky as the original. A wonderful, clean and healthy alternative!
