Excellent Pasta Replacement
I love these noodles. They are more pasta like than Sea Tangle's kelp noodles. However, you don't get very much in the package.
Very good product, those who don't like them don't know how to use them.
I had a type-2 diabetes diagnosis that put me on a paleo++ diet with no sugar or carbs for 3 months. (Luckily, I'm one of those 'curable diabetics' so I don't have to go completely carb free for life.)
Anyhow, these noodles got me past the no-pasta, cold-turkey withdrawal pains. If you just drain them when opening, boil them for about 3-4 minutes when cooking and drain them again, no smell, no bad taste, just a "pasta" noodle that is good for you, and if you use a rich Marinara sauce with some lean ground beef, these make an EXCELLENT spaghetti or other dish you'll love. I've now used four versions of these shirataki noodles, and they're all fine. The texture is a little limp and rubbery if you have no sauce on them, but the taste is great and very satisfying. You can make some serious carb-gluten-sugar-free pasta dishes that are as robust and delicious as anything you've had before.
One word of warning, the package is enough for two servings with a light eater, if you have a real hearty appetite , one package per person is what you'll get out of a single package. I recommend them, and don't listen to any wimps complaining about the initial open-package-smell, which is ripe, but if you just drain and boil as normal the smell is gone in an instant.

Not For Me
Okay, I was warned about the bad smell (dead fish smell) , but the weird slimy, limp but crunchy texture was the deal breaker, The noodles were very long and slippery thus nearly impossible to keep on a fork. after successfully getting a few to my mouth, I decided to leave the rest behind. The reviews were so stellar I had to try these, but they are just not for me!!!

All the Miracle Noodles are Quite Good
These noodles are an excellent alternative to grain- or rice-based pasta. The cooking instructions appeared odd at first but preparation is quite fast. The only problem with these noodles (all the Miracle Noodles) is that the calorie count is so low that one package won't satisfy two adults. You'll have to cook the same number of packages as you have adults eating the noodles. Other than that these noodles are a good value.
They take on whatever sauce I put it in, have a great texture, and I can eat all I want! I use this in all my Asian dishes whenever I crave a fat bowl of noodles... Ramen, stir fry (wet), udon, pho... The bags are perfect for one serving, but I'm not afraid to put away two!

Great for High Fat/Low Carb
Little bit of funk when you open the bag. Need to be rinsed, but I find they taste best when pan fried and haven't dried them in some time before cooking.
Too much prep.
The preparation of these noodles is rather long. I like the taste, but you don't get much noodle - mostly liquid. I still prefer the Sea Tangle Kelp Noodles for low carb pasta alternative.
Very different, Very good.
These noodles are different from anything I've ever had, but they are GOOD. Different kind of preparation, as they smell bad when you open a bag of them, but boil them up, dry them as instructed (Takes 4 minutes tops) and they are wonderful. Not much of a taste to them, but fantastic, light noodle texture, consistency, and work great with any pasta sauce or other add-in ingredients. If the price ever comes down a bit, this would be perfect product. I bag can feed two moderate appetites or one hungry eater. I like them a lot, will buy more.

Anytime I want pasta with a carb heavy sauce/topping, Miracle Noodles will be used. Other than the color, there is no noticible difference from regular pasta.
I love these noodles! I gave up gluten which included a lot of pastas. These noodles are a great alternative and, of course, go with anything. The portions are perfect for one person too.
Although the packaging seemed a bit strange, I followed the directions and these were quite good! I also ordered the spinach noodles but have not yet used them.
Best addition ever to low carb lifestyle
I've tried all the Shirataki products now, and have nothing but the highest delight. It is amazing to be able to enjoy favorite pasta sauces with these products that have nearly identical mouth feel, and no "off" flavors to get in the way. I'm ordering multiples of all of them today!
These are wonderful. Hardly Any calories if any. My problem. I was starving Afterwards. So saving calories I made up for them after
Good but rubbery
I like these noodles, however they do have a very rubbery texture. Do not let the aroma turn you off to them when you first open the package they MUST be rinsed off. Also when they are on the pot cooking I recommend using a pair of scissors to cut them. They are quite long if uncut.
Good product lots of uses
1st purchase from thrive
Theses are very good, no gluten etc, no to very little calories.
