Great value for so much premium chocolate. I would welcome a slightly more adventurous selection or more variety (half of the bars were either plain dark choc or sea salt & almond).

Mixed Chocolate Sampler

Considering the amount of Chocolate in this sampler, I suppose it was a pretty good deal. I have always heard that Dark Chocolate was a superfood or something, but I can't eat dark chocolate because it gives me headaches, but I got it for my husband, who despite his diabetes, was still snacking like crazy at night, so I thought if he had a little bite of dark chocolate, it might be all he needed. Wooo! I'm getting a headache thinking about the nibbles I took from it now! Many of these bars are just bitter, so bitter I wouldn't have recognized them as chocolate at all. But there were a few redeeming items, like the peanut butter cups. My advice is, don't pay this price , if you want some chocolate, get some chocolate that you know you like. If you are a diabetic, go to culinary school and make them teach you how to make chocolate that is much lower on the glycemic index , I'm no foodie, but I'm not sure the bitterest of this pack was food. The peanut butter cups were fantastic. They weren't dark, as far as I know. I'm getting a headache just thinking about the rest of it now.
