Reviews For Cloth Diaper Laundry Powder
Based on 7 Reviews
After receiving this as a gift a while back I am finally putting it to use! Unfortunately my diapers started leaking shortly after using this. On one of the (if not the) biggest cloth diaper support groups on Facebook shares that this laundry powder isn't recommended... and now I see why. Bummed because I was hopeful this would be a good natural cloth diaper detergent! Maybe it would still work well for day to day clothes though!
works great on cloth diapers
I was looking for something more natural to use on cloth diapers, as getting away from chemicals was one of the main reasons we chose to cloth diaper. I am now on my 3rd bag of Molly's CD powder and am pleasantly surprised! Previously, my diapers would develop a stink after a few weeks to a couple months and i'd have to strip, but so far i have not had this issue since using Molly's. i have a front loader and soft water and use one scoop in the pre-wash (heavy duty with extra rinse, cold with cold rinse) and 2 scoops in the main wash (heavy duty with extra rinse, hot with cold rinse). diapers look and smell clean, and no funky smells once peed in. very happy with the cloth diaper powder so i will be trying the regular laundry powder next!
Toxin free cloth diaper detergent! Works great, and is a generous sized bag.
Works great...and have you read their mission statement?
You guys, this is Molly's Suds "mission statement" if you will - "We use the purest of ingredients to formulate products without carcinogens or known human toxins. We strive to be good stewards of the Earth and give back to our community and those in need." YES YES and YES! I am a 3 kid, cloth diapering veteran and I am so happy to be able to buy something that works so well from a company who gets it ;)
not best for grovia diapers
This solution would be great for clothes but not what is needed for the routine maintenance of cloth diapers. It built up quickly even with the recommended use. I had to stop using this for cloth diapering and use it for clothing instead.
My son is allergic to almost every detergent we have ever used. This is the first one he's not allergic to at all-not even a red mark on his little bottom! So happy with this laundry powder.

Gets the Stains out!
We have cloth diapered our kids for a long time. This is my first time using this powder and I wish I had used it years ago with our fist child. It gets the stains right out! I really can't believe it!
