Why You’ll Love It

Produced in Italy's Marche Region, using only the finest Italian Organic Durum Wheat grown on the surrounding hills of the facility, an abandoned monestery built in 1388. Traditional bronze dies are used which make for a porous surface to better hold the sauce resulting in superior flavor and texture. Extended drying time produces an al dente pasta that cooks perfectly every time.

Reviews For Organic Penne Rigate

Best Penne Pasta!

This is by far the best penne I've found, you can definitely taste the difference. It takes longer to cook, I find it best to just try it as it cooks and not rely on a set time. I also noticed that this is the only pasta I'm willing to reheat to eat leftovers. I only eat fresh pasta and hate reheating leftovers for lunch, but this is the only pasta where it actually tasted good reheated.

Pay Attention To The Pot

This is some delicious pasta, but it took me a while to get it right. Sometimes it wouldn't be done enough and sometimes I'd cook it too long and it would be mushy and sticky. You can follow the exact instruction, but it helps to make sure you have a REALLY good boil going on before you put the pasta in the water!
