About This Brand

Healthy, great-tasting organic foods.HistoryWe’re a family of organic farmers and their ilk, descended from more farmers and more ilk. The seed of our company was planted back in the ‘30s, when Rupert Stephens inherited the family farm: Mountain Valley Farm, 89 acres of hard living, a place to grow field berries and a family.Even by Depression-era standards, where sheer inventiveness kept families going through times of scarcity, Grandpa Rupert was an odd duck. He horrified his farm neighbors by using sawdust as mulch. Rupert found ways to work with it, turning in rich crops of berries and vegetables. In 1951 his treatise on his unorthodox farming methods was published as Sawdust is my Slave.Arran Stephens grew up on that unconventional farm and came away with a lifelong love of soil and nature. His fondest memories are of helping his parents gather and spread kelp on the fields, planting corn with his father and wandering through the farm eating sun-ripened berries.Arran followed a...

So delicious

I was so happy to see Thrive carrying this delicious granola. It is hard to find in even in Whole Foods type supermarkets. Costco has it in large boxes, but so much nicer to have it delivered to the door! It's the only granola we eat.

yum

first time bought, crunchy, great flavor, don't need to eat much to be filled. Pumpkin is just seeds tho, not flavor of pumpkin.

Delicious!!

I've found my new favorite granola! This Pumpkin Flax Granola is just so delicious! Lightly sweet with a nice light crunch, and just so tasty! I enjoyed it with soy milk and it was the perfect summer breakfast!

Fiber rich cereal

This is nutritious granola that I eat as a cereal, but is also good as an add in to yogurt and protein shakes. It's loaded with fiber and it also has flaxseed, which is one of the healthiest things you can eat these days. The pumpkin flavor really hits home and it's not to sweet as all of the sugar is organically derived. Great source of protein, and low in fat to.

Great Granola!

I really enjoy this cereal. It is way better than honey bunches of oats and is super healthy. It is a great way to start out the day or a healthy snack to eat during the day when energy begins to wane.

I like the crunchy mix in this granola and also that it is a great source of magnesium because I tend to be deficient in that mineral. I like the satisfying crunch of this cereal as well.

Delicious option for breakfast!

Another great healthy cereal form Nature’s Path. This one has pumpkin seeds and a little bit of cinnamon taste. This is a really good combination, plus it’s healthy. It has a good source of fiber and proteins. Delicious option for breakfast!

Great cereal!

Awesome taste, nice and crunchy. Mix it with my yogurt in the morning and gets me going till mid morning. Its not to sweet so it is also a great snack with fruits. My daughters put it in there smoothies. Great healthy and wholesome Granola.

Fantastic!

I'll try anything with pumpkin, and this is fantastic! Pumpkin seeds are so good for you. They're a good source of magnesium and other minerals, which I try to get a lot of to help with stress and keep my heart healthy. It also has omegas and fiber from the flax. Great texture and taste!
