Excellent polish

I bought this for my 17yo daughter and she actually asked me to leave a review and tell people that she loves it. So, there you go. She loves it. I'm thankful it is non-toxic.

Great color, but...

Awesome color! However, the glass bottle arrived with a chip/crack at the lip and the color itself looked like it had been on the shelf for a while (maybe due to the crack?)

A pool party on my nails!

A fantastic summery shade, which would likely wear beautifully in spring or fall, depending on location. Pairs beautifully with NCLA's other shades too.

- Sara

I love this!

This nail polish is long lasting and does not fade. A great alternative to toxic nail polishes.

Love The Shade!

This is my favorite color, so of course I love it. The polish is strong and durable if applied with the the clear bottom/top coat.

This color is absolutely beautiful! The polish is long lasting and no chipping- As another user reported, I've had it on my toes for over a week and they still look amazing. Bonus is that this doesn't require multiple coats to get the full color and covering. One and done!

Not quite non-toxic

I blindly believed the 'non-toxic' label/icon that was associated w/ this product & ordered it. Then I thought to check it on my Skin Deep app (Environmental Working Group's research based rating system) and it rates a 7 out of 10. That puts it in the 'high' hazard category, w ingredients that have serious allergenic and reproductive toxicity concerns. Just FYI. Labels can't be believed... won't be buying again nor using the one I bought.

Was Skeptical, but I Love It

I don't paint my fingernails because as a gardener, they just chip too fast. However, my toenails are always painted. I've had this polish on for two weeks now, and it still looks like I just painted my nails. I was skeptical when I bought it, because I've bought "non-toxic" polish before and it usually peels/chips off in the first week. I fully expect to get one more week out of this polish before needing to repaint. I did use a top clear coat that is the NYC brand because I still have a full bottle. I'm not sure I would get the same results with the ncLA brand's clear polish. I will be trying it as soon as I run out of my NYC brand though. For toenails at least, I highly recommend ncLA.
