This gelatin is always in our pantry now
I use this almost daily, usually in smoothies [no 'other' taste to alter the flavors] to boost protein a bit and to supplement nutritional elements that we might not get every day. Yesterday we added some to pumpkin pie filling - we were using pumpkin we cooked ourselves and thought it might be more watery than canned... it helped it finish up nicely and made me happy that we were pumping up the nutrient value of the pie for us as well. Someday... homemade gummies too.
I love this stuff!
I've been using Beef Gelatin Powder for several months now. I love it!
I drink a concoction of water, oil (coconut or olive) and beef gelatin powder before I trike up to the gym, and again once I get home. This has become more than a habit; it's a way of life with me.
I also sometimes use it as a thickener when I'm cooking - and I'm a from-scratch home-chef who cooks about 95% of the meals my family eats . . . so, you can probably imagine that I cook quite a bit.
I will definitely continue using this product and, of course, buying it from Thrive Market.
I use this for a number of homemade treats as well as in hot water for an extra boost to my hair and nails and protein. It is very comparable to the Great Lakes Brand.
Great for desserts
As the label says, this beef gelatin is ideal for making any gelatin desserts as well as home-made jams, which I make a lot. It makes my jellies thick and solid, and it doesn't have a lot of fat or calories, so you don't have to worry about that. It's also loaded with protein, which has good nutritional value. I recommend this for anyone who is specializing in making jellies, jams, jello and just as an additive to juice for a protein boost.

Works great in sauces and soup
I use this beef gelatin in stews and sauces, and it works really well. It gives volume and density to what I'm cooking, and it doesn't add too much fat or calories. Thrive is about the only place where I can find this particular brand. Amazon doesn't sell it, and it's very difficult to find this on any direct sale site. I've noticed Thrive has several hard to find items available, and they're always at a discount. Bravo.
