Bob's Red Mill

Bob’s Red Mill is on a mission to prove that not all grains are created equal. Their line offers an array of whole grain products that retain the nutrient content of unprocessed grains, while sticking with the old school way of milling. the worst

I've tried several GF recipes using Bob's Red Mill 1:1 flour and all I get is a big grocery bill and a gummy result. It is such a waste. I have search the internet for possible ways to use GF flour for regular and sourdough breads, scones and brownies & all I get is a gummy result. Is there a way to get a light and grain bread-like result?

My go-to GF flour. Includes the Xantham gum so I don't have to add it.

I just ventured into GF/DF life, and was looking for an easy flour sub. Not so easy it turns out, until I ran across this product. Truly a 1-for-1 that takes all the guess work and additional products out of the mix. I actually baked two pumpkin breads using this and regular all purpose flour and my husband could only notice the slightest texture difference; I truly think if not notified he would think they were the same! So thankful for this.
