I got this as a substitute for cane sugar in my teas. I was expecting it to be as sweet teaspoon to teaspoon to regular sugar, however it was not. Also I did not get much, if any, of a maple flavor. So take this review with a grain of salt because I'm not sure that my expectations were unrealistic or not. Just know that its a very small package, its not nearly as sweet as cane sugar (this may be a plus), and there isn't much of a maple flavor.
