Keep these on hand

If you’re out of eggs they replace fresh eggs. Be warned they stink! But the baking makes that go away.

Great for breakfast burritos

Mixed in a burrito is perfect. Consistency is like an egg but not 100% in taste - not expected to taste just like eggs but just being honest. My picky vegan husband approved... Was slightly worried he couldn't eat them because they looked like real egg.

So good I am in shock. I’m not an egg person, never have been. I can even taste them when baking with them so I’m always trying to find a substitute. Perfect one found! For a real test I decided to make an omelette. At first I was a bit put off because it smells like eggs just a bit thicker, but cooked perfectly and was delicious. Doesn’t taste like egg (which makes me happy) but the texture was there and paired with some vegetarian breakfast sausage, kale and vegan cheese my mind is blown. So good!!

Not a fan

Unfortunately, we did not love this product. It smells really bad coming out of the package, it is hard to store, and we found using alternatives such as flax seeds, etc., work better. Also, it contains soy, and we try not to consume a lot of that. Sorry, VeganEgg. :(

Although they take longer to cook, I was surprised that they look and taste a lot like real eggs. Definitely buying these again!

This was pretty good. I may try it again with the "black salt" that helps give it more egg flavor

Not a fan. The "chemical odor" was a MAJOR deterrent!

I add turmeric and nutritional yeast too. Makes a pretty convincing scramble.
