I should have enlarged the labels on the back and read it before buying this. Wheat and Sunflower oil!!! Are you kidding me? Disappointing!

Made biscuits from regular all purpose flour recipe and they turned out great. Loved being able to eat one without the usual carb-guilt.

Thankful to be baking again

My husband and I both love to bake, but he’s gone without homemade baked goods since he was diagnosed with diabetes. I’m allergic to tree nuts, coconut, sesame, flax, etc. and reacted just from being near other low carb flours. We made some delicious drop biscuits with this flour. Bread/pizza dough doesn’t rise as well (probably due to dairy in the flour ingredients) so our pizza crust and focaccia attempts were edible but dense. Once we get more flour we’ll try tweaking those recipes. A bit pricey but worth it to be baking together again.

NOT KETO

Posted   by Bobby from INDIALANTIC, Florida
This is available at our Publix store lower price and no shipping. It never left the shelf after I read the label. How can they call this KETO with all the wheat flour and sunflower oil etc.

Game changer

Prior to going keto I was an avid bread baker. I've managed to find some decent sandwich bread recipes using traditional keto-friendly ingredients but had resigned myself to only having artisan bread if I was cheating. I've been so excited this product exists! So far I've made Irish soda bread (perfect-even had a nice crust), attempted croissants (came out too dense, but I think still has potential with additional recipe tweaks), and an olive oil dough (Artisan Bread in 5 Minutes a Day method) to make pizza (successful). I don't test my ketones or whatever so no idea of it's actually "keto" but love that know there's a low carb option that will give me very similar results as regular flour.

Shame on King Arthur trying to jump on the keto bandwagon.
