It's ok. Can't really taste cranberries or sunflower seeds. The ingredients are very blended together. I like that it doesn't have too high sugar content, but shouldn't have any cane sugar added. Not sure if this could be keto rated. It also has some difficult to chew gristle or cartilage bits - not appealing. I chose this brand over another cheaper brand because this one is organic.
