Food should be simple. At least, that’s what Pacific Foods believes. Because this brand wants to know where its food comes from (and also wants to be able to share the sourcing stories with customers), Pacific Foods gathers ingredients for its rich broths, nourishing milks, and filling soups from farms the company has built long-term relationships with. That means the quality bar is high and every product tastes the best it can. In a world complicated by GMOs, industrial agriculture, and a plethora of diet options, choosing Pacific Foods is at least one easy thing to help you and your family eat well.

The History of Pacific Foods

In 1987, Pacific Foods began making soy milk and tofu from its HQ in Tualatin, Oregon. Because its non-dairy beverages were packed in sterilized containers that didn’t require refrigeration, the industry began taking notice. By the late 1990s, Pacific Foods had added a long list of products to its offerings like beef broths, soups, and side dishes.

Pacific Foods Company Mission

Pacific Foods wants to nourish every body. That’s why it follows a philosophy to “grow better, be farm friendlier, and act kinder.” This mission permeates all aspects of the business, from ingredient sourcing to becoming more energy efficient (like installing solar panels). Since 1997, Pacific Foods has verified the origin of every single ingredient through its Certified to the Source (CTS program), and all of its products have been verified by the Non-GMO Project. The brand additionally supports the community by encouraging employees to volunteer. It also gives back to local food banks.
