Great chocolate but skip the white chocolate
The dark and medium chocolate chips are amazing - bitter and pure and wonderful. The white chocolate chips are more purely cacao and don’t taste like the average white chocolate (which is usually artificial anyway). As long as you aren’t expecting the white chocolate to taste like typical processed WC you will be fine.
