I don't like that there's another piece that the stainless steel piece goes in. It makes it more cumbersome to clean. Also, the lid is difficult to get on sometimes because the stainless steel tray has to be perfectly aligned with the plastic outer tray. I bought a tray that is just stainless steel (tray and lid) and it's so much easier than this one.
