Well I was going to give 4 stars because this isn’t exactly a food that makes love to your mouth with flavor. But if you are here for shirataki noodles other virtue - filling you with a nearly zero calorie host for yummy sauces - then it is exactly what you would hope for. I just ate a full package with Fody arrabbiata sauce and garlic oil and it was spectacular. And I saved myself 200+ calories by not using pasta made from grains. Oh also that smell when you open the package , it goes away , rinse the noodles and even if you still smell that smell, you won’t taste it.
