Reviews For Cornbread & Muffin Mix

My goal is to bake my own when I can. Baking with Celiac is like doing a science experiment. Once I tried Pamela I was so happy because the work is done for me , its the perfect blend and taste profile I love. I just add the healthy items I want savory or sweet. It is both time and cost effective for me!!
This mix makes awesome cornbread, especially the skillet version. I've made gf cornbread from other mixes and from scratch but they can't touch this.
This is one of the best gluten and dairy free cornbread mixes I have ever made! Not only is it delicious but it is very moist!

I'm on a sugar-free, gluten-free diet. I've tried all of the other corn bread mixes which meet my dietary restrictions & they are ALL tasteless. Pamela's cornbread is absolutely THE best! Just love it!
These are always gone when I take them anywhere. They are delicious and my family requested them constantly. I'm so glad Thrive caries them.
I previously tried Red Mill's GF Cornbread Mix but to my tastebuds, it had a strange aftertaste (from the sorghum?). Pamela's mix tastes just like regular cornbread to me. Baked up well too. Thanks, Pamela's!
I've been using this as a base for the muffins in our home. Instead of using the store-brand mixes that contain a lot of preservative and other sketchy ingredients, I love being able to shop from Thrive and know that my mix is as natural as possible. Doing it this way really lets me customize my family's dinner too. Some nights, I'll add fresh blueberries while the kids really love chocolate chip muffins in the mornings. It's super easy to add various toppings to really customize the muffins. I've done blueberries, raspberries, chocolate chips, strawberries, cinnamon, apples, and peaches. Just try stuff out!

My husband loves cornbread. Unfortunately, he was recently diagnosed with Celiac's disease after trying for months to figure out what was wrong. Removing the gluten from his diet has helped a lot, but it still means he has been giving up one of his favorite foods up until now. My friend recommended Thrive to me because I can shop by gluten-free foods, and I was super excited to find that I can make cornbread for him again! I surprised him the other day, and while he says it isn't quite the same as full-gluten varieties, I apparently win the Wife of the Year award, so it was worth it. Definitely will be continuing to buy.

This is really delicious. My family just loves them and they didn't don't even know they are Gluten Free. I definitely would recommend giving them a try!
