Lavender Bath Salts
These are wonderful and I enjoy the Lavender smell in the bathroom. Using them I have stopped my legs skin from itching...I will purchase again.
These smell great but it is a rather small bottle. Since I don't want to waste any I mix it with epsom salts and soak in it. Don't need a lot for the scent but if you are like me and soak in a big tub of water with epsom salts, you might want to mix.
Lovely smell of lavender. Just what I expected.
Works well as an epsom salt bath, the smell is a bit over powering for the amount of salt you use. Smells like lavender fragrance verse unadulterated essential oil.
Better than Meditation
After a hard day at work I don't have the patience to meditate. I know that's horrible, but it's so true! I instead run myself a hot bath and lay in it with these bath salts and let the stress of the day wash away. They are truly very relaxing. I sleep much better on nights when I soak in these as well. May be a sign I need to do it more often!
Calming after a long Day
These bath salts are so calming after a long day. They don't make me drowsy which I like because I prefer not to fall asleep in the tub. They do however help calm and relax me and they feel really nice on my skin afterwards. Love these bath salts.

Love these bath salts. They contain Magnesium Sulfate- the same ingredient in Epsom Salts..Yes, the same basic bath salts that go through the skin into sore muscles and relax them...but this one has a lovely lavender scent which makes me feel like a princess. They are the ultimate indulgence in the bath. Favorite. favorite.

It's ok, prefer drinking tea
These bath salts are all natural and supposedly give your body relaxation and release tension. I've tried them twice now, and while I liked the feel of the salts on my body, I didn't find that it helped me to sleep all that much. In fact, my herbal tea did a better job, so I can say that this is a good bath salt, but not a great sleep aid.

Have you ever had one of those days that were stress filled and busy and at the end of it you just can't unwind or relax enough to sleep? I know I have experienced those kinds of days-sometimes all too often. My friend told me about these bath salts and said I should try them-and she's never steered me wrong, so I did.
I poured a small amount into my bath water one night after having a long day and just got in and relaxed for a little while. I can not even describe how well it worked other than to say I almost fell asleep right there in the tub...So it was definitely time to get out of the tub! I went right to bed and slept extremely well all night long and woke up refreshed and ready to take on a new day. The stress of the day before was just melted away. I have used it a few times since and it works ever time. These are some great lavender bath salt s if you ask me!
