Entire Family Loved this Sauce
My husband simmered this with some chicken and carrots and peppers and it just got better and better. We put it over some rice and everyone LOVED it. Including my picky teenagers. Needless to say, I ordered more!!

Easy Delicious Meal
I used this last night for dinner. Cut up some veggies I had on hand, cooked & added some boneless chicken, put the summer sauce over everything, let it heat. Served over millet & rice ramen noodles.
Can't wait to try the other flavors I purchased.
Flavor full and convenient
Great with Salmon.
Quick and very tasty!
I prepared this with chicken and added mushrooms and bamboo shoots, served over brown rice. I used chicken thighs, cut up, and I don't think I had more than about a pound - seemed the right amount of sauce for that - I think it might have felt skimpy with two pounds of meat. Added a little fish sauce too - perfect.
This simmer sauce is excellent. I went to the Saffron Road website and looked at recipes. You can follow the directions on the package but I highly recommend the recipes on the web. I made the Chicken Lemongrass Basil Curry. Needless to say, the dish went very quickly. I have to double the recipe now. And the simmer sauce is now a kitchen staple.
Real Thai Taste
Happy with this product and the authenticity of flavor. Wish is could be made with even less sodium though!
MY FAVORITE TWIN FLAVORS
Normally, I spend time chopping, grinding and cooking to get to the level of flavor I need for my Thai cooking. Now I cheat and use this product as my base for Thai Chicken Tom Kha Gai soup.....A favorite in my house and no one's called me on it yet!
Delicious with lots of things.

Truly exceptional sauce
Ordered based on reviews but was skeptical, having been disappointed (elsewhere) by "rave" products. Happily, this sauce truly is exceptional, with delicate but rich flavors. Even bland eaters in the family loved it. My new fave! One bag sauces enough chix/veggies/rice for 2. Use 2 bags if you want leftovers- and you definitely will!
this was a really good and quick for a veggie stir fry over brown rice. This is my kind of fast food.
I loved this sauce. I am a newly diagnosed gluten intolerant person and was really surprised at how delicious this sauce was. I will buy it again!!!!
I have used for a quick pasta wit veggies or a sauce for chicken breasts. Great to have on hand.
Really good sauce
I wasn't sure that I would like this sauce though I love lemongrass in general. I used this with a chicken dish I was making with rice and it was deemed fantastic by the family. It's easy to use and just the right amount to add to a dish.
Almost But Not Quite
While this sauce does have a good flavor, it's a bit bland for our taste. I haven't quite figured out what it needs but, since, my husband actually ate it, I do plan on trying other sauces made by this company.
Perfect portion and delicious
Easy, peezy, yummy. Do yourself a favor and don't buy just one. Enjoy!
This sauce really adds a unique flavor to boring chicken & rice!
Flavorfully versatile :)
First I marinate organic frozen broccoli in this until thawed to room temperature, then I strain the broccoli from it into some organic chicken stock in a saucepan in order to poach-scramble eggs, then I pour the mixture over seasoned rice noodles that I soaked in uncooked chicken stock until soft and ready to eat, then put the broccoli on top - YUM!
I also make tuna salad with this instead of mayo/mustard.
This tastes really good with chicken and some veggies. It's just as good as eating out at a Thai restaurant! I'm going to buy lots more of this sauce.
Yum! Great Flavor!
I am so glad I tried this! It is now a go-to with every order I place.
This is so delicious! Just sauté up the veggies you prefer, add chicken or tofu, and you have a fast and amazing meal. I always add a can of coconut milk for more sauce and serve over rice.
Authentic Thai taste
I've always enjoyed Thai food more than Chinese, and one of my favorite flavors is lemongrass. This simmer sauce is organic and has the same flavor I love when I go to my favorite Thai restaurant. I use it as a base for a lot of Thai dishes, and I love that I don't have to start from scratch trying to get this kind of flavor.

The other saffron road sauces are excellent and spot on (tikka masala and Rojas josh). This one is slightly too sweet. I temper it with some fresh lemon juice added in at the last moment so that the other ingredients don't separate
I am Impressed
I am really impressed with this sauce. It is gluten free, non-GMO certified, kosher, vegan...the list goes on. It is really quite impressive. It isn't just all these great things though, it is delicious. I used it in a dish that had fresh veggies, pork chunks and rice in it and also in a pasta dish and the dishes came out tasting amazing. I really enjoyed this sauce and the meals that I made using it were a hit with the family. I definitely plan to buy more when it is back in stock since Thrive is the only place I have been able to find this delicious sauce.
