A New Favorite In Our House!
My wife is the one who wanted to try it. I had my reservations. She opened it as soon as it came...salt still in the pack and all, shook some off and tasted it. She LOVED it! I then soaked and cooked it as suggested, and I loved it too. It is a delicious blend of textures and colors that tastes so good. Can't recommend this enough!
Mixed Sea Vegetables
New product for me. It does have lots of salt in the initial packaging, just wash and it will rinse out. Goes great with coconut aminos and vinegar. Added some chili pepper flakes, and was a delicious side dish.
The natural flavorings and color sure does beat hands down the "green" seaweed found in most sushi places.
Lots of vitamins and minerals.. This product is on my
favorite list, and I add it to my meals at least 3x a week!
The mixed sea veggies give you great nutrition.I like the fact that you don't have to refrigerate the unopened packages. After rinsing and soaking the salt out I combine mine with sesame seeds, tahini, ginger(lots of ginger fights inflammation in your body) and sesame oil. It is much more affordable than buying already made seaweed salad and you can make it specific to your taste.
The sea vegetables, minus the salt, would have been good. Seems the majority weight of this package is salt, which is even hard to rinse off.
Make sure you rinse!
Very tasty once the veggies are rinsed and soaked for at least 10 minutes
These are great to add to salad or to mix in with some rice or soba noodles. I have tried sea veggies in the past that had a really overpowering flavor but these are nice and mild. Very happy with this purchase.
Mixed Sea Vegetables
I love this product. I would recommend rinsing well prior to use. Overall, a delicious product without funky ingredients!
So much better than a dine out seaweed salad!
I love that I have the control to finish this the way that I want and the texture of the various seaweeds. Some of the odd shapes and colors add a lot of crunch and visual interest to the salad. I avoid all sugars and soy, so this is much better than buying a prepared product. Also, it can sit in the pantry for a very long time! Not a frozen or refrigerator product.
I tried this product for the first time. No questionable ingredients, and a great source of iodine in the diet. Make sure you rinse before using!
I have been wanting to make seaweed salad for a long time. I bought these sea vegetables and was hesitant to open it, but they ended up being so delicious! Love the texture.
Different, Yet Good
Wasn't sure I would like these Sea Tangle Noodle Company Mixed Sea Vegetables, but I was surprised. They are pretty tasty in soups and salads. In a moment of pure hunger, I tried to eat them "as-is" but I don't recommend that. Thrive Market makes it affordable to eat healthy!

I never imagined I would be eating Sea Vegetables in all my life. When I began running a few years ago, I decided to give up the junk food and really do this healthy living thing. I purchased Sea Tangle Noodle Company's mixed sea veggies at our local health food store. I was surprised at the simplicity of creating a soup and how wonderfully tasty it was. I highly recommend!

Not bad, but extremely salty
Take the instructions seriously - I had to wash & rinse 3-4 times before it was edible. Nice taste & variety once it's ready to eat though. Better for a meal ingredient or side dish than as a snack.
Rinsed this out, mixed with thinly sliced cucumber, toasted sesame oil, and red chili flakes....then added brown rice and topped with black sesame seeds and a few splashes of rice vinegar. A perfect lunch, and I'm never going back to that over-priced artificially-green seaweed "salad" again!
Yummy and easy to use. This will be a new kitchen staple for me.
I followed the recipe on the package. We did not have an avocado, but it is delicious. We had fish and rice as well. I highly recommend this.
