Where do you ship?
Thrive Market currently ships to all residential and commercial addresses in the contiguous U.S. We do not currently ship to P.O. boxes, Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, or Canada, but hope to do so in the near future.
When will I receive my order?
All orders typically ship within 1 business day. Grocery orders ship 7 days a week, while Frozen orders ship Mon–Thurs and Wine orders ship Mon–Sat. You’ll receive email confirmation with tracking information once your order ships, and you can also easily track your orders in the app.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping costs vary by order type:
Grocery: Free shipping on orders over $49, or $5.95 shipping if not.
Frozen: Free shipping on orders over $120, or $19.95 shipping if not.
Wine: Free shipping on orders over $79, or $13.95 shipping if not.
Why isn’t shipping free all the time?
Shipping takes a toll on the environment, so our order limits for free shipping encourage you to place an order for several items at once and reduce the carbon footprint and packaging materials involved. No matter what, every order is sent with carbon-neutral shipping.

All of our packaging, boxes, and inserts can be recycled. We take care to partner with vendors and suppliers that share these same values.
Carbon-neutral shipping
Our business is carbon neutral through carbonfund.org, with a certification that covers national shipping, energy use at all facilities, and our employees’ commutes.
Smarter packing
Our packers are very efficient and have reduced the amount of packing materials we use by almost half. All the paper and plastic material in your box can be recycled—even the tape, which is also made of paper!
Zero-waste warehouses
We divert more than 90% of waste generated by our warehouses away from landfills, ensuring that it’s recycled, composted, or reused. Both of our fulfillment centers are also powered by renewable energy.
